With over 21 years of multi-passionate embodied experiences (Profile 1/3) I have mastered many modalities - human design mentor, astrology and astrocartography expert, yin yoga instructor, business coach, podcast host, shamanic healer, and teacher of the shamanic medicine wheel.

I have created my unique methodology with this blend of skills, so that I can offer a truly holistic approach to my clients to support their next level business growth, aligned to their power with on point energetics so that they can continue to evolve and their business can continue to expand.

My journey to this work wasn't always smooth. Overcoming cancer twice in my 30's with a young family taught me the profound importance of living authentically and fully.
These experiences deepened my commitment to helping others find their true path and purpose, to keep evolving and step into their leadership.
I am here to change the status quo and work with powerful women, always soul led, always with a mission.
My experience also inspired me to write 'Overwhelmed and other words you give your power away to', a book that shares insights from my personal and professional journey.
