As I started to look at creating this page and asked what the name for this container of healing should be, I simply got the name freedom pop into my mind. I asked why?
I received these words below, and loved the fact that this is the potential that I am offering in the creation of the ability for you to book a freedom session with me.
Freedom from the past.
Freedom from your ancestral binds, the limiting beliefs in your head that keep you small.
Freedom from the untruths.
Freedom to radically trust yourself, to trust your intuition, to trust your body, to trust your connection to source.
Freedom to listen to your future self to quantum leap.
Freedom to feel.
No one can find or live your freedom for you, it really is an inside job, sometimes the shift happens in 10 minutes, sometimes an hour, sometimes longer. After our session together, I will create a script for you to tap along with so that you can carry this work on for yourself. Life and the mind can throw curve balls, so the script will be there for you to return to when you feel the call.
What I love about this way of working is that you have the power to choose to move yourself towards freedom, you have the power in your body, your heart, the flow of energy and your fingertips.

Meet your guide.
I have been working with energy all my life. I started to consciously work in the quantum field in 2003, when I became a Reiki master and EFT Practitioner and started studying psychic development and various shamanic practises and the medicine wheel with some dear teachers. I realised then, that I had the skill to link in with another persons spirit guides to get direct guidance. I ran an in person business for a long time until I had a pause as I had breast cancer twice. Since then I had a yoga studio, have written a book, realised I love creating abstract art, become a life and spiritual purpose coach, essential oil educator, aromapoint therapist and human design expert. I have embraced my undefined G-centre and generator type in human design, I am light and flow to do the things that light me up and bring me joy.
Right now, the call to teach this way of being and moving through life is calling me. I trust that the souls that are ready to walk this path with me, will find this page. I am so so happy to work with you and so ready.
