I love the SHADOWS it makes the LIGHT pop

Beautiful Soul, this quote came into my head this morning, as I was creating the graphics for a post. I noticed that in my designs, on my sales pages, in the text I use, I use the shadow effect for everything at the moment. 

For me, it gives everything more depth. 

In a spiritual way of being, it is part of the work to move through the shadows that are trauma, limiting beliefs, challenges. 

As I coach and healer, I see often the belief that soulpreneurs, coaches, healers, teachers feel that they need to have health with all their own 'shit', before they start to hold the space for others, or before they start their business. 

They don’t feel authentic, until they ‘have it all sorted’. 

We are spiritual and human beings with an ego, here for souls evolution, for spiritual growth. We will never not have shadows, we will never have it all sorted, we are here to hold the shadows. We are here to have the light and the shade, the light is so much more vivid, vibrant, it pops when offset against the dark, the shadow. 

We are here for it ALL. 

We are all in it together, as long as you have committed to NOT stay stagnant, to keep growing and healing, one little bit at a time, then you are a leader, you can coach and hold space for others transformation. You will have something to teach. 

We are all so beautifully unique, that we all have something unique to teach everyone else around us, no one else has your flavour of life and essence if being. NO-ONE. That is your job to be YOU. 

I never, to any of my client’s and students pretend to have it all fixed. I have humility, I am walking the same path as they are. It is just that I have dedicated and devoted a lot of my years, time, focus, attention and energy to pursuing the transformation, of my own shadows, the constant never-ending cycle of growth into the fullest expression of myself. 

I know that I will never be fully healed, there will always be the triggers, the trauma, I just won’t fall back into them as often, or as deeply, or for as long, I will find the light with more ease.
