The Space to grow?

Mindset, development, creating space, Dharma, purpose, creativity, growth mindset.

It is so nice to be back, I have been going through a time of deep healing and transformation, the newest version of me has been revealed.

I truly believe that when we are transforming, growing, healing, we need the space to do so. You wouldn’t expect a plant to grow beyond the size of the pot it is planted in, in order to allow the plant to grow, it must be placed into a larger pot with space to grow. The same principle applies to us, we need to create space in order to flourish and grow.

I am often asked where I get my new ideas and inspiration from...how do I keep changing and growing? It’s a lifestyle.

I have dedicated my life to developing and growing so that there are no limits on my life, my soul or how I’m going to express myself in life. I believe there is always a chance to grow, and I don’t want to limit myself. I don’t want to limit my mind, my heart, my body, my creativity.

I've combined all my skills and wisdom to create alignment, it's taken me a while because everything seemed quite separate with the labels, life coach, business coach,  Shamanic practitioner, Reiki master,  crystal healer, EFT practitioner, yoga teacher, meditation, and essential oil educator. There's more! But it seemed really divisive. It all felt very fragmented.

I have got it now.

My soul's purpose is to enable people to grow and develop spiritual and intuitive connection so that they can come back and lives deeply and fully in joy on this earth. This Earth’s 3-dimensional life is amazing and challenging, but it's living and its beautiful.

In this time, I have started painting and training to be a Dharma coach. Dharma is an Indian Sanskrit word, with relates to living your purpose. This doesn't have to be a job that you do for life, its what’s underneath you, what you want to express in this lifetime. It doesn’t have to be big, it can be a simple as a deep love for family, but then that ripples out. Big or small, simple or complex, Dharma is your purpose.

Your dharma, when you are living in it, shines out to your family, to everybody who meets you. It's an expression.

Some souls  have a deeper calling to do something in terms of creating a business. That's something I'm really going to be able to help people with.

This Dharma coach course that I am doing, uses the Ayurvedic system, which is a sister science to yoga.

It has a lot of yoga terminology and encompasses everything that I have learnt and an naturally leaning to.  After years of feeling fragmented, I realise that I was gathering my tools.

I was getting ready to stand in my own power and blend me, blend my wisdom, blend my healing, and my tools that I have been taught, the teachings that have been rippled down to me, it's time for me to blend them up and teach them in my style.

I'm here to help others create this for themselves. So how do I get all these ideas and inspiration?

I will cover these in the blog next week.

Sending love,

Karen
