The Key to Growing a Six-Figure Business from a Shaman’s Perspective

I started writing a social media post, but realised it couldn’t fit everything I wanted to say, so here we are. This is inspired by what I was going to write: the key to growing a six-figure business from a shaman’s perspective. My message is simple: heal so that you can trust yourself and value your unique gifts and way of being.

The Inner Work Is Essential

I see many of my six- and seven-figure clients still feeling tempted to take another course, hire another funnel strategist, or invest in another high-level coach. They believe that investing in these will guarantee consistent high-cash months, but this mindset won't work without the inner work.

I know because I’ve been there. Before I started getting coached properly, I was drawn to a coach after watching her at a seminar. I thought she was great, and as I was just starting to branch out into the online world during the pandemic, I decided to reach out for help. The pandemic was tough for my family; my husband, who owns a limited company as a joiner, saw his work dry up, and I was running a yoga studio that was no longer viable. I hustled to get online quickly and built a successful online business, then decided to expand into coaching, shamanism, and healing.

My Costly Mistake

With income being tight, I invested £333—which I didn’t have—to talk to this coach. I thought it would be a quick coaching session with actionable insights. Instead, she pushed me to join a three-month group training for £24,000, even after I explained my financial situation. She told me to put it on my card, promising I’d make it back and more. I felt my whole body tense up; my intuition was screaming no, so I refused.

This experience fueled me to do things my way. Two weeks later, I created the Medicine Wheel course, launched it with minimal promotion, and it got fully booked, making over £5,000. I did it myself, with the universe.

The Old Way Is Over

You don’t need to spend big money to prove you’re serious. It's not about investing in more courses or strategies. It's about the inner work. I meet clients, even those making £30k-£40k a month, who are stagnating because they haven’t done the inner work. They’re looking for growth, not just more money. Their businesses are a reflection of their soul’s evolution, meant to help them heal, step into their wholeness, and fulfill their purpose.

When clients come to me, it’s usually because they know deep down that another strategy course isn’t going to be the answer—they’ve tried that route too many times. They realize they need to address their inner landscape, their energy, and their alignment.

You Can't Do It Alone

This work is often unseen and can’t be accessed alone. If it could, you’d already be doing it. I’m not here for codependency. We do the work, we shift things, and then you integrate and carry on. Some clients like to come back when they hit new roadblocks, but it's about alignment, not dependency.

Personally, I always have a coach because I know I have blind spots, and as a leader, it can feel lonely. Having someone who understands and supports me is invaluable.

Strategy and Alignment

Strategy is important, but it’s not enough on its own. If you ever join a course that promises success if you just follow their exact steps, know that it might not work for you because it's not aligned with your unique design. Your strategy needs to be yours, aligned with your human design, and it needs to be tested and refined based on your own experience and feelings.

The Power of Inner Work

True growth comes from deep self-belief, self-trust, and self-value at a vibrational level. If you don't have your own back, how can you expect to make that next big leap? Pushing through without this inner foundation can lead to burnout and instability.

I’ve seen clients hit high months but then struggle to maintain them because their inner work wasn’t solid. It’s not just about reaching a level, it’s about being able to hold and sustain it, which requires regulating your nervous system, addressing your shadows, and embracing the growth process.

What Will You Choose?

Next time you find yourself stagnating, ask yourself: Are you going to take another strategy course, or will you address your inner landscape? If it’s time for something different, look inward and assess your vibrational resonance. Your energy affects everything—from your business to your clients.
